Hey, just to let you guys know, I'm the one who had uploaded that commercial to Retro Junk back in 2007. I had recorded this off of my camera before I was able to afford a VHS converter.
No, they're not. In fact, nearly all cereals are unhealthy due to modern processing, and the fact that whole grains aren't too nutritious in the first place.
I actually just read the ingredients list on the back of my Malt-O-Meal cereals, and found zero aspartame thank God, either way, I actually find them to be very good, as comparable to the name brands as you can get, and cheap too, you can't beat that with a stick.
100% correct about aspartame. if you're not diabetic, there is virtually no reason to eat that poison. yes we all die so have fun etc, but if you don't want to live your last 10 or 20 years broken with cancer and organ failure, please take care with what you eat.
"Aspartame" specially contained in "Sugar Free" products like sweeteners (Splenda, Equal etc) and in more than 500 daily products. Diet Sodas too. If it says sugar free, don't even think about it. That shit is killing us.
I was having back spasms for a long time. After some years buying the Golden puffs MOM, I decided to stop eating it, and guess what the spasms are gone. People, watch the videos on "Aspartame" which is found in many products nowadays.
Yeah I was never poor, we were middle class. But my step-dad was all about saving money on things that we didn't need to spend lots of money on. So I we always got the malt o meal. It was never as good as the originals, but according to my step-dad they tasted the same. It never tasted the same. But many years later as poor college student, paying bills & rent, malt o meal is really the best choice, still doesn't taste the same, but hopefully after I graduate, I can afford to buy name brands.
Life must be good if the biggest injustice is replacing Lucky overpriced Charms with Malt-o-Meal. Back if the old days real college students protested things like wars. No, I guess Lucky chams are more important.
Nah, we liberal arts kids were protesting war, budget cuts, and an abusive administration too. Many people in the last 2 years - accused of crimes yet instead of helping them like they said they would, the admin where I went just threw them to the hounds.
At my college, they replaced all the "real" cereals with malt-o-meal, despite the overwhelming rejection evident by the removal of their raisin bran cereal from another on-campus eating location during the past winter.

some of them are all right, a lot of them suck.
There was a massive protest at the college I go to when they replaced Lucky Charms with malt-o-meal alternatives.

I hate this kind of crap, it's what cheapskate parents buy and tell their children is much better than the original brands.

some people just do not have the money to buy the more expensive stuff did you ever think of that

To be honest, some of them are all right.
