I recently bought China Glaze Black Mesh and OPI's Silver Shatter and both work fantastic. Thanks for this review because I was wondering how Mia's would turn out. Mia's is now officially off my shopping list! In your vid, the Mia's looked like very thin/runny polish which would make it more difficult to control the amount of polish you apply.
I dislike this video because I received a Mia Secret polish in the mail and did my nails as another told me to do them; don't let the bottom coat dry all the way before you paint on the Mia Secret. Just let it get "tacky" and then paint it on. It works really well and the crackling effect comes out beautifully. nailocity, try it!
ii have 4 mia secret (which cost $3 each at the swap meet) and they work perfectly fine you just have to kno how thick or thin to apply it in order to achieve your desired lo0k. im waiting for sallys to get the china glaze crackle to see for myself how it works.
My experience with mia is that the thinner the coat the better it cracks. So I usually put on a thin coat of mia. And I just bought the whole 12 bottles and after i did I found out there were two more out in the market. But I'm most definitely gonna try china glaze.

@ShanaJaye china glaze is really a good nail polish. i heard that opi makes china glaze but im not sure, i keep looking but nothing says it was made by them
I redid my nails w-the Mia & if u apply it on semi dry nails it works great! So try that. I went back to the person I purchased it from & she had the directions. So try it w-in a couple minutes of painting base coat & u will b surprised the difference. If I knew how to post a picture to this video I would but I'm a YouTube rookie. Good luck!
I also bought the Mia & was disappointed but was told that it is for false acrylic nails. So in order to use the Mia u need to put a few coats of polish on 1st to use on natural nails. It still doesn't turn out as nice but works better than it did in your video. I would still buy the China Glaze!!!
just saying i have mia secret and it crackles just fine maybe its the nail idk
