okay... ive been editing videos for 8 years now. so i think if sony vegas offers a deinterlacing method and then that was it problem solved. i would use the standard 29fps like everyone eles does.

you need to understand. converting Video into AVI or MP4 after you've captured it reduces quality. so many people like my self import into vegas without converting. now if i have deinterlace box checked on properties and i still get lines when i render yet i dont when i change the fps. whos right?

usually when the camera is still. there arent really many frames being used. on the other hand when your seeing actuall gameplay alot of frames are used which causes the interlacing. now by lowering the fps your telling your program to read it at a slower rate. which erases the lines.
