@eLearningDoctors I'm familiar with the term breakout rooms from software such as the Wimba Collaborative Suite. In web-based software such as Moodle, this can be completed through the use of group-based visibility in discussion forums.

@eLearningDoctors Breakout rooms are a functionality of some of the best virtual classroom platforms out there. If this is a functionality that you want to use, you must find a platform that includes it. Adobe Connect, WebEx, Wimba are some of the platforms that have it.

i throw my middle finger at the educational system that we have been forcing and cramming text and words to our head. this is unhealthy for prime ape brains. we will all go in our graves with out never learning efficiently. maybe in 500 years where interactive media is realized as a sufficient tool to teach, the world will b wise. however, i will no longer be alive. this saddens me no one is paying attention to digital interactive.
