I think these lessons are more for people who need to see him play it in action, as in you have learned the song from tabs but unsure how to actually play it and make it sound right. I know I have picked up few tricks from this guy and I'm grateful for that.

He uses it in the Zombie EP once on Survivor, and Uses it in Untidaled, and many other parts on DEAD THRONE.
I love TDWP and I also love Between The Buried and Me, who are probably the most technical metal band around today. Sure TDWP aren't technical, but they've sure improved if you compare Dead Throne to their other albums. And music doesn't have to be technical to be good. That's only one aspect. I hate all you fucking elitists that think metal has to be technical.

Anyone who says that Dead Throne or With Roots Above is better than Dear Love and Plagues either just started listening to them or is a blind TDWP fan who thinks that they get closer to godliness with every album.

Then he switches to another breakdown riff, then plays lead during the chorus. That's it. In the Zombie EP the riffs change constantly and their fist album had plenty of riffing too. And I don't hate them because they broke out of the scene phase because they are the only metalcore band that I even listen to.

Almost all Prada songs have what you described in the intro riff to Born 2 Lose. The kicks or "burps" as Chris calls them, gives the riffs depth. Zombie had cool riffs. But to fair, it was a big breakdown record, for real. Which I loved. But Dead Throne was a masterpiece. So much maturity and progression.

TDWP is definitely nothing special. Not the greatest guitar players singers/screamers or drummer. Nonetheless I prefer them over a lot of the metal bands today.
