Howard doesn't give a shit about his listening audience, he takes constant vacations and when he does show up it's for Tuesday-Thursday and is a half-assed lackluster show. The main staff of the show isn't even funny, the comedians he supplements them with carry the humor. With any female guest it defaults to "get naked", he has no adaptability, it always seems to default to the same thing over and over again.
