remember its not a gender issue its a money issue, do you know how much the government makes from the family court? Billions. One lawyer told me he makes over $6000 a day from families in the family court. Its a national disgrace in Australia

Keep lawyers and barristers away from the family courts. The system fails children and families. False allegations and lies in affidavits are generally ignored and children pay the price of family laws that dont work. Its about money and sucking dry the parents. Replace the family court with a better more highly trained mediation system (the one in place now is not working)

part 3, it's wrong and destroys the relationship between children and their parent. if any person from the street known or unknown came into your house and tried to undermine and destroy the relationship of "your" child and "you", then that's wrong, it's abuse, it's alienation and it is happening everywhere in many families around the world. it hurts like hell

part 2. take the male/female inference out of this (which I suspect is peoples' problems here) when either parent married or unmarried talks badly about the other parent in earshot of a child this is wrong, it alienates the child from the parent. call it what you wont to. I don't care.

part 1. there are some warped views here. I am a father of seven children. I am divorced I love my children and tried to save my marriage.
