Patients would also be under the wing of a medical professional - there would also be NO DRUG DEALERS within this system - which would make it harder for members of the public to obtain the drug.

The vast majority of Heroin brought into the UK comes via Turkish gangs and they then feed it onto the streets. Source Home Office. Turkish gangs import the vasy majority of Heroin into Britain as it has to pass through Turkey and Turkey has traditional routs into the UK that are geographical bound, There are currently few direct routs of Heroin into Uk via Afghan to Bangladesh. There is the Burma routs of the 70's but that represents less than 5% of the current total import.. The Mr Bigs of the UK Bangladeshi drug "lords" are somewhat smaller than the Turkish Mr Bigs.
