Hi, I have this record album, but I don't recognize the track playing here as being from it. I had played this over and over, and would immediately recognize it as being from the one with the kid on the horse! ;)
Any way of getting the Major Records tracks digitized? :)
@TuboEspectador More than one Major Records album was made from this organ. Is the one you have #1008? It has eight tunes. I have a total of 21 tunes (from cassette dubs). I'm thinking there were three records with 8 tunes each (and I'm missing three tunes).
I have four volumes of these "Authentic Carousel Music" albums by Major Records. I had assumed that this record was of the Crescent Park Ruth playing 165 rolls, but you may have better info as my assumption was based on hearing alone, and I suppose one large Ruth playing 165 rolls would sound the same as another. If I recall, the other three volumes are all a Wurlitzer 153.
I believe that Major Records made sound effects records.
I don't have any LP recordings of the Nunley's Wurlitzer 153. Although I have a couple or a few recordings of the recent Nunley's Wurlitzer 153, all recorded by me, on a digital recorder, not the reel-to-reel. You should ask someone if they have any LPs of the Nunley's Wurlitzer 153.

@Wurlitzer165nWhalom The ID of the organ on this record as the Happyland Ruth came from the current owner of that organ.

Is this from a Ruth organ you showed a picture of in the video?

Yes, it's the organ pictured. It played at Nunley's Happyland on Long Island and is now with a private owner in Virginia.
