@UndyingWolf25 @UndyingWolf25 - The guitarist is Joe Scott. Used to play with Wind Machine back in the late 80's through the 90's. They broke up in 1998. He formed Acoustic Eidolon with his wife Hannah.

The instrument is a unique hybrid called a 'guitjo'. Lower neck is standard acoustic guitar strings and tuning. The upper neck is tuned to six string banjo tuning with light gauge strings. Gives it a harp like sound. It's similar to - but not the same as - the harp guitar played by Andy McKee.

@somethingclever2007 i completely agree! I've been to 3 shows, watch their dvd numerous times, yes im addicted but the story is funny but the music is AWESOME! (all 8 of their cds are on my shelf haha) people say i need an intervention!

yeah...i took a master class with them, because i play the cello, too...they also spend the weekend in my town and played at our arts festival...they are absolutely fantastic!! it's just amazing how well they blend together...

These folks have lit Europe on fire...playing churches and many other venues ...they are very nice people with a wonderful sense of who they are and what they are here for. Oh yeah and not to mention talented.

Yeah this annoyed me, as pretentious as this sounds stairway to heaven to me is a statement this was a piece of music played with no intention. I thought the solo sucked as well.
