I dont think its a kokutsu dachi, i think its just a simple Uchi Uki or inner middle block...

I'm from Eastern Europe too and from same country i think, but i can type KOKUTSU, SANCHIN and other words. And i'm agree with you. I don't even think he can good spell in lithuanian (native language).

There is no nekoashi dachi in Taikyoku sono San. There is only kokutsu dachi

The kokutsu dachi in KK karate looks a lot different than that same stance in many other styles. It is reminiscent of a cat stance.
