I was going to get myself one of Class 4 high speed SDHC card for better 720p quality. Does Class 6 make any difference? I mean if I can use Class 6 for 720p because I heard Class 6 works better for 1080 full HD???
@khchung787 I got my FH20 yesterday...so I'm just going by the Basic Operating Instructions booklet that came with the camera, "use a card class 6 or higher when recording motion pictures". I ordered an 8GB Sandisk from Amazon for $36 with free shipping.
Wow, really!!! I've never looked up the manual book, so I didn't know I was suppose to use Class 6 memory card. Thanks for your Info. I will get one!!!
@davidantoniomeza3 The cards? The SDHC cards are marked with a number in a circle: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. The higher the number the faster the card. They also increase in price.
I recently purchased the Sony DSC-H55 and I find it to be superior to the Lumix
@davidantoniomeza3 The photos taken by the Sony are stunning, but what I like best about it is the image stabilization when taking video. When I try to walk and record it usually turns out very shaky...not with the Sony. It is amazingly steady...like using a Steadicam system. However, it only records at 720P, but, obviously, that's fine for YouTube.
@GiacomoC What i like the most about it is that i can zoom in and out when i'm taking vids. i can't do that with the Lumix. ima go out tomorrow and get the Sony DSC-H55. ^-^.. I can't wait.
You are supposed to use a class 6 card.
