One thing to keep in mind is that your using an SSG, which is super accurate, so for other rifles, leave more space for bullet drop and leading.

oh, almost forgot, switch sniping spots if compromised . fire only if you have a clear view or if you feel that you can hit the target . dont ALWAYS use the sniper towers, others will find it too obvious and sneak on you from the back . last but not the least, enjoy the game....

I loved to sniper. However, one thing to note as a good sniper is to move after so many kills, spotted, and time period. Only shoot if you know you can get a kill, otherwise you're giving yourself away and wasting ammo. A good sniper knows how to move anywhere unseen or untouched. Know your area and back, listen, aim for the head only. i used to be a very gd sniper.

Actually, these shots were made about a year ago when there was FAR less lag.

In any case, I haven't sniped in about 25 levels so I'm pretty rusty at it now. Now I primarily use the minigun, though I haven't bothered to make a video.

the reason is that you need to count with the wind and the bullet drop, You can try shooting at a wall from a short range and then a long range and you will see, it takes some training

Lol so? and ssg does not suck I can snipe accross half of ohara with ssg and get header. Lot better than the m24 though it was also very good. Another tip I recommend treating everything as one shot only. Do not plan on shooting him 3 times to kill plan on getting a headshot and ending it. Then if you miss do a multiple hit. And what's with minigun thing?

Anyway for counter sniping I find that one death is nothing as important discovering enemies position. Try to see where there shot is coming from there shots are like tracers. Also look for flashes and abnormalties. Also don't be afraid to move around try to avoid assaults,medics,tanks, and etc but try to move with cover and keep the enemy guessing.

i made much farther shots. in contraras, i was behind the enemy main high up in the hills and i made a at least 1000 yard head shot on a guy running to a F-15. SSG is the best rifle in my opinion

im dutch so correct me if im wrong, 1000 yards is same as 1000 meter (not sure) and the furtest i can see in warrock is 600m at highest so i dont know how u kill someone on 1000m and but sniper in my opinion is awm and then m24, i dont like ssg but thats my opinion :D

1000m is shorter than 1000 yards. I was on the map conturas and I was at the end of the runway at the enemy main and I seen a guy in the hangar so I took 2 shots or so and missed then I shot a 3rd time(I think) and got a headshot

He is implying that the single heartshot kill with the PSG is a bug, whereas it is really just a remnant from when the PSG was the best rifle in the game. It was an intended feature, therefore not a bug.

The idea not to use a weapon because it encourages improper sniping is silly. Someone who snipes badly will snipe badly with any weapon, and will give away their position by firing a lot. Instead of saying don't use X weapon, just say don't spray.
