Bobby Sheehan is one of the most underrated bass player in music. Sad he died so early in life. I agree that Popper didn't come ready to preform in this video. The bass line in this song will always be memorable.
I was one of the first people to ever see this video..john popper knows how to play the motherlovin harmonica..and i like how this version is a bit slower than the original...it gives it a chill yet appropriate vibe. All i really gotta say is blues traveler is the shit..and i would pay an exorbitant amount of money to se them live...preferably with the dave matthews band..at Texas Tech University
Damn shame that they didnt turned the screen to the bassplayer when he played. He has an amazing bass tones...well, the whole group is really fun to watch.

@DeathByBass1 You're right - the cameraman didn't even know where to point the lens at the time... just kept it ambiguous. And if you listen - this is a bass forward song - almost more bass than guitar.
@DeathByBass1 It's typical. The guy that holds the whole damned band together doesn't get passing notice. This is one of the things I always liked about the Eagles (but FU Henley), is that they always had Timothy up there with the rest of them and treated as an equal musician on stage.
man...John Popper knows how to play the motherlovin harmonica..look at him go!!!...he also wrecks in the collaboration with Dave matthews band in "What would you say"

Man did we loose a great talent when Bobby Sheehan died. It's a crying shame. Best melodic bassist I ever heard.
