The heart asks pleasure first is easier if you are at intermediate level and above, however it's difficult for any begginer. if you grasp the patterns, it's not too hard; it's mechanical, things just fall in to place. But BMS is more difficult for even the more experienced players. It frequently changes tempo and has a lot intricate fingering. There's no obvious theme to it, showing that the melody changes constantly. It's probably the hardest piece to play well in the whole soundtrack.

julkadab, First, this piece builds well in emotion when played molto, as you've done. In the film, if I recall, it was played presto which gave it more tension but much less tenderness. Your interpretation expresses the feminine wonder or the nervous jitters of being in love inside and keeping it secret, yet it's revealed there in the piano keys. Just lovely and played masterfully! It's interesting, that you wrote this, because for me 'The Heart Asks Pleasure First' was definitelly harder to learn. I'm not playing every day, but it took me about two months maybe more. But for this piece 14 days is too much.
