I have a bottle of bye bye blemish drying lotion, and mine contains 10% sulfur. It's listed in the 'active ingredient' section on the side of the bottle. Yours has it too; you were reading the inactive ingredients only.

@mexmel I found mine at my local big grocery store but I've heard you can find it at drugstores too. Costs about $12 if youre still interested >_<
