That theme was for 4.3, I don't have a version for 4.2. Find your 000000xx.app (I believe for 4.2 it is 00000087.app) and load that up using whatever you use to set the theme (for example mymenufy). That file is the equivalent to your "default" theme. You can get that file from a decrypted system menu download from NUS.
i just put the mym file into a file called themes and just put the sd card into my wii and i go to the MyMenuify Channel and i choose the theme i want
@freeziebee are you saying the link for the mym file? didn't think to make one but I will see about setting one up, the info will be in the description

it seems that mega got canned, media fire now has it, the link is updated in the description
Please note, the 4.3.1 just refers to my own versions as I went through changes (so I wouldn't mix them up) not to the "system menu" version.

I don't have such a channel, but there is probably such a channel by now. Either way it gets there by combining it with your .app file
