  • SMALLEST IN THE WORLD?? ARE YOU ON CRACK? THAT'S THE LARGEST ONE I'VE EVER SEEN!!!!!

  • @MegaDeathwarrant You obviously haven't looked at all the other videos people have made. This is the 2nd smallest I've seen. Every one else makes gigantic things.

  • @MegaDeathwarrant This was in 2009 . . . you realize that, right?

  • Hey could u send me a wiring diagram Ive seen portables without the extra ports I'm in the procces of building my portable and would like it if u could send me this

  • @MrAlexwazhere Visit forums.modretro.com

  • RIP D:

  • 60 likes and 0 dislikes = money

  • You should sell a tutorial on how to make this

  • Some one please tell me WHY they keep putting the control stick IN THE VERY UPPER CORNER? Its not like people are going to have deformed hands and have like, half ontop and half at the bottom! whats up with the freaky button placement?

  • @supershadow64ds It's more comfortable and easier to reach

  • @famiclone364 Not unless your hands are stretched out 5 feet

  • @supershadow64ds No I, in fact, am making one and I have a portrait style set-up, but my controls are very similar. It's fine/

  • @famiclone364 I would just have to play it >_> But I prefer Game Boy over Game Gear controls.

  • @supershadow64ds Amen, that's how I'm doing my controls.

  • @famiclone364 Game Boy controls would be a bit more difficult to pull off, but it is easier to play. Game Boy Advance controls are easy to do, but will only be easy to play if one can pull it off right, like the PSP. Putting controls in the Upper Most corners is not a good idea. Putting controls in the middle, and middle bottom would be better.

  • Yikes, was it necessary to place the B button where it is?

  • no offense your camera sucks

  • wat batterys did u use?

  • how much did you sell it for

  • with that being the smallest now i dont know if i can make one smaller. darn it. i wanted mine to be a gamecube controller wavebird with a screen in the middle. (re-wire so it will work for n64) darn... i havent even made a portable before...

  • sell it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is EPIC!!!!!!

  • what type of switch is that, That you used to turn on the system

  • where did you get the case?

  • Hey man, What type of screen did you use

  • @1Deminator psone screen

  • @spiritwalker47 serious? It looks a little smaller than that.

  • I do have one question. Do you have a memory card build in? If so, when you use an external controller in slot 1, what happens if you plug in a memory card to that?

  • @BassRaider987 It does have one built in, but if you plug in an external controller and switch it, it will use the external one.

  • what project box did you use? did the n64 board need cutting to fit?

  • @devileyebrows42 It's not a premade project box. I cut out plastic squares and put them together.

  • its beautiful

  • make me one

  • damn, urs makes mine look primitve XD. i just added a power supply, a screen and duct taped a controller to the shell XD

  • epic!

  • Shockslayer beat you at making the smallest N64 in the world. The TriSixtyFource!

  • @iSquishy89 That's not news, I made this last year, SS just build the T6force

  • how much did u sell it 4

  • Arrrr! hahah

  • CRAP u should of soled it 2 me ill would of givin u 200$ 4 that if u make me 1 ill pay 150$

  • So if i bought one I could take it with me places and play multiplayer on Turok Seeds of evil on just that one screen?? If so that would be so freaking awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love it!!!

  • Everyone uses a dreamcast analog controller cause the n64 analog was a piece of shit

  • @jfeltes Nobody uses a dreamcast stick, everyone uses gamecube.

  • @spiritwalker47 you use a dreamcast stick if your making a dreamcast portable

  • @spiritwalker47

    On second look. Your right

  • @spiritwalker47 srsly

  • Is that a GameCube joystick?

  • @holycrapapie Yup

  • can you make a vid on connecting everything? please??? i dont want to copy your design, i just want to know to to hook and wire everything up.

  • how much did you sell it?

  • Nope.

  • this is without a doubt the most amazing thing I have ever seen. Can you post building instructions or something for it?

  • Comment removed

  • cool wish you where able to make more because ide get it

  • I'm making a smaller one right now, you can see it in my channel right now.

  • could it play paper mario and have 2 players

  • It can play paper mario, and it does have ports for 2 players.

However paper mario isn't a 2 player game so yeah.

  • There isnt a tutorial for making one n64 portable but this form??

  • This is the best n64p i have ever seen. A fantastic job, 5 Stars.

  • can you tell me how to wire the GameCube stick to a yobo controller

  • What brand screen is that. Im getting some new tools so i can build one.

  • A sony psone screen, search psone screen on ebay and there's a bunch of them.

  • Sorry for all the questions but where did you get that enclosure box.

  • The starlight case? I built that

The docking station box is from radio shack

  • Well To Tell You The Truth The System Is Very Awsome Im Trying To Make One Myself But I Cant Get The Control To Work Can U help Me

Ps The Brick Disighn Is Awsome

  • Have you tried joining modretro? 1,000,000x better then youtube comment box.

  • is that joystic from a gamecube controller

  • In terms of electronics you did a lovely job esp. with the docking station which I thought was very clever. However, the brick design is a bit unappealing to me. Perhaps some better ergonomics for the next one? I realize you were going for smallest portable so there's likely no more room in there to reduce things to make it curvier. Still, a great job.

  • What kind of docking station do you think I should use with the next one? I already have a smaller project box for the docking station. But what other shape do you think I should use?

  • I meant more for the handheld part. It seems a little funny to hold a brick like that with no curves designed to fit the hand.

The docking station was fine as it was, very clean and nice rounded edges. I'd say just engrave some labels into the plastic for all the outputs even if they seem self-explanatory.

  • Well the new one is more rounded. And as for labeling I don't have an engraver, and most labeling stickers peel really easy. I don't really see any point to labeling unless it's easy. Just because it looks more professional. :)

  • Well, yeah, that would be the whole point, to make it look more professional. Just a thought though.

  • How much did it sell for vs how much u had into it? I would love/could make several of these but i wonder if its worth it. Mostly used parts, combined with new tech right? Would you do it again?

  • I made a $250 profit. I like making them as a hobby. I'm already working on another one.

  • how much?

  • Great, as always.

  • what did you use for the screen

  • ill give you my whole gaming system collection for it !!

  • Depends what your collection consists of. ; )

  • That thing is so small, just compare it to a sega game gear!

  • I love the pak for the controllers <3

  • I would love to buy it, but I can't type in the address because my seven key is broken and Everytime I type in benheck it goes somewhere else.

  • sorry to be an assmuncher but the smallest n64 portable is the sixtyfree lite-r

  • Actually you have not done your research. The sixtyfree lite-r has no batteries, it's not even a portable. It runs on a wall jack.

  • i know that part I was just saying that the smallest one in size comparison, not towards batteries and stuff.

  • Yes but telling people it's not the smallest and not explaining is like saying that I'm lying.

  • how much do you sell it for

  • Hey, you can load this in e-bay

    Please...

    I want two sets

  • May i say great job but what about emulators and roms? I know this is legal and cool but emus and roms are free and can be run on portable players like the psp though i know the controlls are not as good as the n64 i have a n64 to pc adaptor : )

  • Is there a spot for the save packs? I didn't hear you mention that in the video. I hope you can save the games :X

  • You have to plug in a controller with a pak into the docking station.

  • I will buy this shit, how much (Dont be crazy, your first one you made the something 64 (sorry forgot it) was only 290, i would like to see this for around 300 bucks , that is one great ass deal)

  • How much are you selling it for?

    And where,

  • incredible!

  • Epic man. Epic.

  • Wow great job. Ive seen mods b4 but you put thought and time into this allot from what I see very cool!!!!!!

  • u are soo pro dude n_n

  • man, how much ru selling this for?

  • Wow, this is totally friggin' awesome. Congrats on all your hard work, I think it really paid off! The docking station is absolutely brilliant.

  • Nice job making the n64 portable, I want to make one too, but I'm not experienced.

  • Actually doesn't take that much skill. I only started a year ago and this is only my second portable.

  • How did you start constructing n64 portable?

  • I just joined one of the forums you see on the video annotation. I just started asking questions and they answered them.

  • Nice job dude!

  • finally

  • the sky is blue!

  • first!

  • Awesome. You're going to be a rich man.

  • About how much do you think you'll try to sell it for?

  • Just the normal price that a portable sells for.

  • @pokemoneinstein

i would assume around or upwards of 600$.

bentomo, beautiful work! absolutely amazing! pardon me if i try to beat your size record over christmas break, though. :D
