OMG dude, step away from the transition button. You may have some nice pictures in here but I can't tell. Too many unnecessary wipes/dissolves and that animation has to go as well. The secret of good editing is doing the least amount of it while still moving your piece along. This is overkill on several levels.

But, there are a couple parts you actually have to climb up a steep incline, or squeeze through a tight passage. Other than that, you could do it in a day probably on a mountain bike.
