Is the water very warm? Is there any fish or plant life in that water or is it way to salty?

@bj616 given that it is located in the desert in the Middle East, I would say the water is going to be comfortably warm but it isn't a hot spring so the warmth comes from the surrounding environment rather than self-generated. Aside from a very small quantities of bacteria & microbial fungi, the water salinity is so high that no other organisms can live in it.

MyUsername156: Given that the salinity makes the water extremely buoyant, it is extremely difficult to get deep enough into the water to submerge your face. However, if you were to get your head into the water, it would probably sting very much. If you notice, the swimmers practically float on top of the water & very little of their bodies is actually in it compared with normal ocean seawater or fresh water.

bobomatrix: in case you haven't found out by now, drinking large quantities of saltwater is lethal to humans & most terrestrial life. The salt flushes the moisture out of your cells so you dehydrate extremely fast. Also, the higher salt content in the bloodstream has the side effect of driving a person insane before they die of dehydration. But, you have to drink large quantities (i.e. a gallon or more @ 1 time) for the lethal effects to take place within you.

Argar566: If you were to drink a gallon or more of any saltwater (either regular ocean water or Dead Sea water) at one time, it would probably kill you because the salt forces water out of the cells which is flushed out by the kidneys. You'd then suffer organ damage/failure, insanity & a rather painful demise at that point. But, if you were to accidentally ingest just a mouthful of Dead Sea water, the worst that would happen is that it would make you sick to your stomach but wouldn't kill you.

Dead sea is not so beautiful. Water is oily, muddy and ugly, beach is very hard (like a concrete) and you must watch out on your eyes when you are in the water...

It's better not to stay in that water more than 15 minutes.

But the experience is really nice... :-)
