@SuperBigblue2 ; The chief reason why camels did not work on Beale's Road, in Arizona, was because the Army used the wrong type of camel. They used small camels that were raised in the USA, from the original stock imported from Australia. The last camel died from exhaustion and sunstroke on its way to Hardyville. If the Army had used the hardier, bigger Arabia camels, I suppose they would have still been using them into the 1900s.
I thought I was going to be able to watch full episodes of one of my favorite shows. However, I see part #1 of one episode , part #2 of another. Nothing that is a complete episode. Very disappointing. What good is part of an episode?
@r1w2m346 there is part 2 up top left you know, and not everyone can post video's passed 15 mins long so i had to split them up. and if its not at the top left for you, you just copy and paste the title in the search bar and change part 1 to part 2, it not that hard, but will the limitations of youtube, it will have to do.
Yerbs, just discovered Paladin tonight, I guess was watching this program when I was about 10 years old or so. Your back grounder was very informative. I guess will be watching your post till it runs out ! Thanks.

that was one of the problems with camels is horses were scared of them and signs were posted to not park them at the horse rails
