I agree with this video! But why is Kim Kardasian always the poster girl for a big butt or curvy body? Why not a sexy curvy sista **wink** lol Anyway I agree. It's great to be healthy and stay fit but it's hard to love your curves in modern society where "Thin" is now back in. I guess we choose to deny anatomy because women are suppose to expand and grow hips, boobs and butt. Now women hate their curves including black women and women of color. Pretty sad, because science says otherwise.

I love that you're trying to promote positive body image, but... I don't have curves. I have a straight silhouette, and I'm quite bony. I've tried to gain weight, but this is just my body type. My boyfriend is NOT a pedophile. It is reinforcing VERY negative stigmas when people say that skinnier women are childish or less womanly. I am NOT less of a woman because I do not have curves.
Why can't we just stop all this "real women have curves" nonsense and praise ALL body types?
@KarikoDonari I actually mentioned that in the video... I said I'm not talking about women that are naturally skinny and then later to be happy with what you have because someone will appreciate it. The pedo remark was referring to men that more or less request that women starve themselves, remarking more on the need for them to control a woman like a child and not so much on her frame. I apologize if I insulted you in anyway. It's tough talking in generalities.

It was just the wording of those comments (mainly you saying that curves are what makes someone a woman at around 1:56) coupled with the title of the video that was off-putting to me. I hear stuff like that constantly, so it gets frustrating. Even the women who are anorexic have a crippling mental disease, it's very sad and unnecessary but it's not entirely their fault. The reason they say "real woman have curves" is because that woman with curves felt ashamed of them self, when to a couple of years ago the body image was skinny models and then woman with curves got famous.. So trust me its something sad about it too, but you are so right. Every body type should be appreciated, it sucks sometimes what media does.
