my 230 only goes 65 topped out. my cousin clocked me with his street bike and i was hitting 65 in 6th gear. and kellenshope, ur an idiot because he can't be almost at top speed in 4th gear, there are 6.

this bike canot do over 60 i have a cr 250 two stroke and it tops out at like 70 to 80 mph and i had a ttr 230 and their faster than these and they only went like 50

@TheZachCrooks a stock cr250 especially a 2 stroke bike will do 80 to 90 easy. i have a friend who traded an rm125 that did 85 mph and it was dead stock xcept for the fmf pipe he now has a yz490 and after we changed the sprocket set up it was pushin 120 with only 5 gears.

the honda crf 230 can go 85 mph and the ttr 230 can go 72 mph, thats from my testing both at their top gears full throttle i have a speed dometer plus i hav talked to many people about this

@learnsk8 bullshit dude sorry but no way readthe manual for the crf 230 it says it has 12 kilowatts of power which is equal to 16.0922hp and the ttr 230 says on the left side of the swingarm that it has 14 kilowatts which is equal to 18.7743hp so in all if you rounf the crf 230 has 16hp and the ttr230 has 19... but that has nothing to do with top speed . The ttr has more power but the crf is geared lower so it has the same if not less of the top speed of the ttr.

this is not top speed if your only in 4th mine 230 has 6 gears and i have been near the top end of 6th but i dont know what the speed is for sure i was told about 120.

ttr 230 is faster, my dad has one and i have acrf 230 we have raced plenty of times and the ttr is a little faster, and dont say its me that sucks kus we have switched bikes and raced and the ttr still wins so its not that im a bad rider with a slow clutch hand
