How fitting that Dean Smith would get Michael Jordan to be the one to make that game winning shot to win Dean Smith his first title. I remember Jordan in college and I KNEW he was going to be great. He was already my favorite B-ball player before he even went into the pro's. I remember guys having pictures of him in the locker when he was at UNC in high school. There was something hugely inspiring about him.

Nobody is like Jordan..I watched all of Jordans games and there will never be a player that gives you that must trust that when it matters he will arrive. Jordan always arrived when he needed to and some times whe he didn't have to at all..just drop 55 in the Garden. @UNChrisJ90 Jordan's college career really wasn't on par with Lew Alcindor, Pete Maravich, and maybe even Larry Bird's although he did win a championship and Larry and Pete did not. Had he played 4 years, Michael would be much higher on college basketball's all-time list, but he's normally JUST in the top 10...this of course is not the case in the NBA :)
