  • a little bit to fast for me :/

  • whats the name of the music?

  • do those indivdual modules have a name?

  • At 0:28 u have to turn the model around and then rotate

  • Easy I made that when I was five and I still have it hanging on my ceiling !! Who can beat that?

  • TOO FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I finished it this morning but the thing just kept coming loose and it fell apart after my friend picked it up :( What could be wrong? I don't use glue, and you don't seem to, at all. And I used a 8x8 square. BTW, does it have to do with how hard the paper is?

  • @royalpain147 exactly the same, pretty disappointed to be honest

  • @peterteatree Oh I figured it out after watching the video again. It's the little tab that isn't long enough. Anyway, I finished it, and it was ok, although I don't have so good quality of papers so the paper in the corners and vertexes are a bit loose and don't look nice at all. Wish I had better papers...

  • wat size paper did u use?

  • awesome!!

    I´ll do it :)

  • i cant get it to work

  • what type of paper is that

  • i cant do this because of thirds....

  • @icyfreeze209CP are you kidding?! there is an origami way to fold perfect thirds! I might post it on ytube

  • @SharkRetriver please let me know when u do

  • @icyfreeze209CP k vids on tutorial complete, need to import to computer, then to combine, then to publish, then to upload, then to process lol i make it sound so bad!

  • too fast for my unexperienced origami brain but it´s very beautiful

  • Dang. it looks amazing, but the beginning is a bit to fast for my mediocre origami skills. Is there a step by step guide to this design anywhere?

I clicked the links in the description and none of them seem to be quite what I'm looking for. Please respond! Thanks a bunch!

  • @firemblemrules9 h t t p(colon slash slah) world wideweb(dot)origamee(dot net) and go to (my diagrams) and click on super simple isosceles triangle unit sry no deep-linking

  • @SharkRetriver origamee(dot)net

  • hey you should slow the video down

  • looks great! so if i double the length to a rectangle twice the length of the sqaure then do all that it will be more narrow and londer spikes?

  • looks easy but i dont have the patience lol

  • lol alot of modular artists like the fact u need 30 units

  • wtf? everyone's saying this is easy. how do you fold a paper into 3 equal pieces? i dont get it :S

  • it takes experience, but you learn how just search it up if you have to. modular origami is relatively easy all it is is fold the unit the assemble.

  • lol didn't u see that it say 30 unit

  • how many units????

  • why so fast, if its a tutorial slow it downn, im not that fast,

  • watch, pause, fold - repeat..?

  • nice video and tutorial, but can you possible make the paper folding process slightly slower?

  • Wow. I checked out your website; there are alot of good ideas on there. I love making 3D origami objects. You video was great sa well. It would be more helpful if it was slower, like some users previosally stated. Other that that everything was good. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

  • Where can we buy those papers again and if so, what size? :) Thank you!

  • it is too fast and ic an't copy it i wish i had sharingan

  • lol

  • 10/10 :D

  • It's actually an extremely easy unit to make. Look up "Super Simple Isosceles Triangle Unit" on google and you'll find it. Just use this video as a visual reference. Even though it's fast it will greatly help you when trying to understand the written diagrams.

    Good luck!

  • what is the name of the music and the artist (music artist not the origami artist)

  • I made it! thanks for the video!

  • Voy a intntar hacer el mio a vr q tal m va y pos dspues si puedo t lo mostrare ya trminado..PD:m gusta mucho tu trabajo ja ksi q ya soy fan jejeje..xD

  • good modular, my modualrs suck... haha

  • Meenakshi the amazing images of the models you made on your site inspired me to start making geometric models. Previously I was only interested in natural origami i.e. animal/plant models. You're site and videos are brilliant, thanks!

  • a little too fast for me

  • I did it!!! My first attempt failed but I got it right this time. Thanks so much for the great video!!! :)

  • You did a great job showing how the model is made. What I thought was even better was the way you showed the connection proccess. You are so awesome!

  • how big is that?

i have a project && it has to be larger than a regular sized soccer ball.

  • From tip to tip it's about about 17cm, but it won't hold together if you try to play soccer with it.

  • lol

  • @origaminut i made what i consider a bad-average quality one and it's tip to tip is about 35cm! and what do you mean by tip to tip?

  • @origaminut haha good one

  • Just one question: How many colors did you use?

  • 7 colors

  • ta weno ta weno

  • can you go any freakin faster. dude i cant learn when you go so fast!

  • That was great! I tried designing my own stellated dodecahedron, but I had to use glue to keep it stable. Thanks for teaching!!

  • u rok!

  • Nice

  • GOD!!! THAT"S FREAKinG AWESOME!!! I CAN'T FOLD INTO THIRDS BUT HELL I'LL TRY!!!!THIS IS AWESOME AS HELL AND YOU'RE THE GREATEST!!!

  • its called measuring -.-

  • when you said thirty i almost hated oragomie

but i still like it cool vid

  • i made a model using 240 units once

  • WOW :D

  • it took a ton of time but that is my inspiration to make bigger projects :) thanks

  • you just LOVE modular origami, dont you?
