No this is you not paying attention. Timothy Geithner is NOT president, Barack Obama is, and by the way he never said anything about raising taxes, granted he does need to keep up better tabs on his treasury secretary, which is the one who made the remark. Next time instead of trying to sound witty ask a real question, otherwise you just end of looking foolish.
He IS Obama's HANDPICKED Treasury Secretary whom the President listens to on matters of taxes and such, right?
By the way, next time phrase your sentences right or "you just end OF looking foolish."
I would be willing to make a bet that the President will agree to a tax increase for the middle class in his first term. He has to do something to sustain this insane spending frenzy he is on.
Correcting my grammar doesn't stop you from sounding foolish. Had you actually been paying attention Obama said very clearly that he is the last say in everything, he said this about his secretaries he picked. Bet all you want and then think back to Bush Sr. You know the one that promised so hard on the campaign trail to not raise taxes and then ended up raising taxes because he is an ignorant fool. Spending frenzy? You think one billion dollars a day for war is better than money for health? Wow
I know he is the last say, that is what scares me.He is deceitful in what he says, and he is dragging out country towards socialism.
Your mindset is revealed in your last statement about "health".You don't pay for good health. You pay for healthcare. There is a huge difference. Our healthcare quality will decrease drastically in this country if we go to socialized medicine, just as in Canada.I am for good healthcare, and we have the best in the world RIGHT NOW.I am for reforming tort and insurance.
