There is but other airports have small elevated trains and this is the first underground airport rapid transit I seen. Underground sybway systems are expensive to build which is why they are rare for airport use..

Okay, that makes sense! I was in Denver at the time they built the airport and it was a big, expensive

undertaking so I'm sure the subway added to the costs.

Did you know about several fenced-in areas located near a side tunnel in that train system where it has barbed wire facing inward?I live in denver and try to avoid DIA if at all possible.That NWO detention facility-to-be gives me the creeps!
