Some how I lost all my money from painkiller and had to do the no-damage run with no cards at all. The level seemed hard at first but it was very doable...

although I did look at some guides.

The only tougher level in booh is leningrad. It's odd how the first level is one of the hardest but still the orphanage is awesome

Leningrad was BRUTAL. especially on nightmare difficulty.

@ssbio4re99 Probably because of the two-pronged approach of A) dropping you in the middle of Asylum Pt. 2, with no equipment or idea what is coming, and B) A no-damage run that is especially nasty when you consider the fact the children and puppets swarm you, a puzzle miniboss that is invincible until you wipe out all the little monsters, and my personal favorite, the ghost nun with the homing fireballs. I have never quickloaded so much, except for STALKER.

Well the first game was a bit disappointedly easy (IMO), so I guess they decided to kick it up a notch.

@redcaboose333 They are not pillowcases they are children condemned to be eaten, (they are in the bag that says "Meat"). Probably a metaphore for hungry years in the orphanage
