@jasonandjoesrailway It was a pretty confined area so florist foam was just easier to carve and work with in general in such a tight space.

@efitter7 I my foam at Hobby Lobby. You could probably get it at any garden supply store or crafts store.

What are you planning to use for water? Don't you need to seal the foam as well as the cracks to keep it all iin the river?

how do you really call the green material that you use for the mountains, landsacpes and inthis case river banks??

i mean, the real tecnical name for it...

The "green stuff" is Florist Foam. The pink foam I've used on my mountains is"extruded foam.

E... in your music from time to time i hear little tiny bits that remind me of Pink Floyd... like a couple of sceens ago i thought i heard Dark Side of the Moon (just a tiny spot reminded me) today i heard The Division Bell. Do you like Pink Floyd? They use guitar as a primary instrument, i mean its more prevalent than music of today. THANKS FOR THE VIDS!

Probably a flower shop or something I am going to check a arts and crafts store called michaels to see if they have some.

Michael's definitely has it. I bought some myself, haven't used it yet. It's about $4 for a couple big "bricks" of foarm.

What do you save the shaved foam for?

he uses it for filling gaps on the foam by mixing it with white glue

I've seen people paint it white into snow, put it in textured paint when using it on concrete walls for better effect. Though I'd like to know the actual answer myself!
