@viktormc1 Yes, you could pilot a Mirage with a PPL. You would need both the High Performance and Complex Endorsements, but if you weren't instrument rated you couldn't fly the plane above 18,000 feet.
In Quebec (CANADA) most people speak french on the radio. Aircraft, Flight Service, and even ATC controlling low and high aircraft. BUT. They must be able to speak english also. A lot of pilot s doing VFR traffic broadcasts do so in both english and french.
Love Pipers!

I love the sight of a runway slowly coming into view and getting larger. It's like a lover with her legs spread waiting for the man to penetrate.

I thought English was the language of aviation, regardless of which country you're in?

Is a anti-ice for the windshield, not a HUD.

This is an amazing plane!Has it got a HUD on the window?
teenflon5 3 years ago
No, not sure what it is but certainly not an HUD.
alphafloor71 3 years ago
Oh right, i've seen one before on a similar plane at my flying school but I don't know what it is.
teenflon5 3 years ago
the piece you see on the windshield is heated for icing conditions so you can see outside

I think it's supposed to be something to fix view on the window, like for a level turn or something. It's annoying to me.
stratoleft 2 years ago
@alphafloor71 Its a hot plate, which prevents ice build up on the pilots window when turned on.

@alphafloor71 it's a hot plate, prevents ice from building on that part of the windscreen

Best plane ever made!!!
Wish still had one :(

Definitely an earlier PA-46 because of the windshield plate and no overhead switches. Greatest single-engine piston cruiser ever!

nice video, could show more instruments, but ok. Older Malibu? Heated windshield looks like...
