80s are great, my childhood. That's why I like disco beats - romanticized memories. I still picture Brother Louie, was 6 yrs old or something. Diamonds Never Made A Lady wasn't so popular and it was quite hard to get any foreign songs in Soviet Union.

I bet there're some people who grew up with Britney, Spice Girls but I can't take them seriously.

Just wanted to say that when I heard "you're my heart you're my soul" I didn't understand the lyrics, so I liked Modern Talking even before I could understand them.

Was about 5 yrs old. Started to learn English just in grade 5.

Actually I was born in 1980, I'm 28 now.

I used to stick to rap, hip-hop but don't like it anymore. Though I think I'll never stop adoring disco.

Rap aren't the same as it was a decade or a bit more ago.

Also listen to electro, funk, dubstep. No one makes disco anymore. The last thing I've heard is nu disco genre but tunes are just repeated.

Is it really so that people of my age still enjoy rap, hip hop etc.?

Where did you hear about bankruptcy? Actually not yet but we are going that direction:)

I do not have many of albums. In our country expenses are still being cut. Salaries like 360 us dollars a month are waiting us in the fall.
