I suffer from dermatitis of sorts and I don't know what causes it. During the warmer months it disappears but once the colder months arrive again it comes back. It normally manifests itself on my feet, legs but never in the same place, each year it's different.

Have you any idea what may be causing this and if so what steps I could take to try and relieve it?

I get the same thing. Mine is eczema. It flares in the winter months, due to my skin becoming more dry. Avoid using chemical soaps, lotions and detergents. They make it worse.
