anyways what i wanted to ask is whats so broken about him?
@lilT0021 in the first brawl minus, he had a move that has some chance of putting an opponent to sleep followed by certain death by charged up smash on almost every character with around 60% or greater. It wasn't too bad if you compared it to how broken everyone else was.
In this version, Ivysaur almost has a 50% ( if not greater) chance to put to sleep followed by an even stronger up smash. This is "sleep attack" his down or up A air attack that is quick and has a large hit box.
