Arnold and Franco were the best BodyBuilders of their time and of all time. Arnold at the tall group and Franco at the Short group. For Francos body size he had tremendous strength. You dont see that at all today. I idolized Arnold and Franco. G.O.A.T

@TheBobjovi I don't know of any Mr.Olympia taller than Arnold. The tallest ever competitor was Rolf Moeller but he did not place in the 1988 Mr.Olympia. He looked like a 6'8" version of Arnold, but the standard had moved on a lot from 1974 to 1988.

@Artofgaming12 I will give Franco this, He could have beaten Arnold, Ferrigno, and any of the other much taller and heavier bodybuilders at repeatedly doing exercises that utilize just his own body weight. Franco would have beaten Ferrigno at cranking out pushups situps, chinups, bar dips, pullups, hanging gravity boot upside down squats,

etc, ANY repeated exercise working with his own body weight and the advantage goes to Franco.

@Zurround100 Well that is simple physics. If an Ant was 500 pounds it could no longer lift 50 x its own bodyweight, but its very structure could not support itself standing at all. If franco were to grow a foot taller and 100 pounds heavier, he would not have been able to do all of those bodyweight exercises as well.
