It's not a cheat. you have to keep upgrade that one tower like crazy and then t's super strong and fires quickly.

You could use Flasm to disassemble the swf, fiddle with the Actionscript and then reassemble. Takes time and patience and it helps if you done some debugging in the past, but it's good, wholesome, geeky fun!

There are programs that allow you to locate the runtime variables of running applications and change them to what ever you want (in this case the radius, attack speed and damage done of the pellet tower). Only use them if you are bored of the game though, because it takes the fun out of playing.
