Folks need to realize that when you are an indie artist you do not get the leftovers when it comes to money. This woman writes, produces, composes, sings and raps. She is the only one who is getting a check off of her talent. Artist like Nicki, Trina, Jackie, Lil Kim etc. have to give the label, producers, engineers, ghostwriters -- shit they get a cut before the artist does, and them videos are very expensive!
