@jamiemc102 Absolutely! And another thing, he didn't chop up the beef with the spatula as he cooked it. If you don't do that, you could end up taking a bite and several slices could slide out whole and bat you on the chin. Also, he didn't mix the cheese in with the meat to ensure it is completely melted. I wish I could travel around the US and teach people how to make a proper cheesesteak. So many people don't have a clue.
