The Sultan of Brunei is just a rich idiot who hordes cars, and if you've ever seen the cars that have been custom built for him, you'll see he has awful taste.

Jay Leno on the other hand is a collector, and curator of historic vehicles. He's done more to promote the car hobby than any Sultan with 5,000 cars. I will say though, the only thing Oldsmobile about that Toronado is the body. Everything else is totally custom, including the lengthened Corvette chassis it sits on.
