Travis Barker is definitely not overrated. If you have Blink-182's new cd check out track 13, "Fighting the Gravity". The drums fills at the end of the song are quite impressive. I have been playing the drums for a little over a decade now and I am jealous of what Barker can pull of on the drums. He is exceptionally talented and he has a very unique style, that I happen to like. I feel sorry for the people who think that he does nothing more than flail his arms and play singles and doubles.

ok, you are a very good drummer, dont get me wrong, but Travis Barker is one of the best drummers in the world. true, his drums in Blink songs are fairly normal, but in live shows and even in a lot of the fills, he plays some complex, very skilled stuff. and yea he overexagerrates his movements, but thats just his style, and its also because of his intensity and passion for music. Mark and Tom have said how much Travis just loves music in general, and thats why he plays how he does.

ok, you are a very good drummer, dont get me wrong, but Travis Barker is one of the best drummers in the world. true, his drums in Blink songs are fairly normal, but in live shows and even in a lot of the fills, he plays some complex, very skilled stuff. and yea he overexagerrates his movements, but thats just his style, and its also because of his intensity and passion for music. Mark and Tom have said how much Travis just loves music in general, and thats why he plays how he does.

@deflepfreek002 I've seen him live.. And I didn't see much complexity.. And his solo was kind of disappointing. Look up Jacob Armen.. He played a drum solo at seven years old that is better than anything I've seen Travis play
