  • Wonderful video, I look forward to many more!

  • Very nice Tim!

  • I love the flute! Do you know, that the native americans had their faith in Jesus long before the europeans came?

  • So I am assuming you have some kind of proof? Or is it a feeling, in that case it must be true. Cannot disprove a feeling right. So what did they call the Jesus god? Which god was Jesus, Kokopelli, Pillan no it had to be Wakan Tanka (great spirit) right?

    You are to funny!

    God Bless!

  • Jesus was Jesus, until they forgot him. He visited the american continent after his ressurection and brought the same gospel, he had given to the jews, to the former inhabitants of america. You can read the whole story in the book of mormon. You dont have to believe ME, but you can read and then ask god in the name of Jesus Christ, wether its true, or not. Thank you for your question.

  • I know 3 Nephi 11 talks about that and the LDS use John 10:14-16 to try to show Jesus visited the Americas. But, the context shows Jesus was talking to Jews (verse 19), so the "other sheep" were non-Jews or Gentiles, since the Jews recognized only those two kinds of people. Why did Jesus give the great commission in Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:15 if He was going to personally deliver His own message? And what good did it do for Christ to visit America?

  • According to the B. of M., in less than five centuries they had buried and forgotten their scripture and all "Christians" were destroyed! It was through European missionaries with a Bible, not the B. of M., that Native Americans learned about Christ!

    Take care!

  • Yes, that is true, but the way, how they learnde it, was it really christlike? Did the european conquereors behave like christians? Do you know, what the indios believed, when cortez or Columbus arrived at theuir coast? They thought, that their white god, in whom they believed, came back as prophecised!!!

  • John Taylor wrote: "The story of the life of the Mexican divinity, Quetzalcoatl, closely resembles that of the Savior; so closely, indeed, that we can come to no other conclusion than that Quetzalcoatl and Christ are the same being. But the history of the former has been handed down to us through an impure Lamanitish source, which has sadly disfigured and perverted the original incidents and teachings of the Savior's life and ministry."

  • Jesus said: "16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd."

  • "Ye are my disciples; and ye are a light unto this people, who are a remnant of the house of Joseph. And behold, this is the land of your inheritance; and the Father hath given it unto you.

And not at any time hath the Father given me commandment that I should tell it unto your brethren at Jerusalem. Neither at any time hath the Father given me commandment that I should tell unto them concerning the other tribes of the house of Israel, whom he Father hath led away out of the land.

  • This much did the Father command me, that I should tell unto them:

That other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

  • Quetzalcoatl A feathered serpent deity? This was thought to be Jesus? Look it up on wikipedia please, see what it looked like and tell me this was Jesus. They worshiped a lot of different gods then.

John 10:16 is again taken out of context, this reference is to the Gentiles who would soon be presented the Good News of salvation and engrafted into the Christian fold.

    cont.

  • The Bible shows where God talked to people and they would not psycally here His voice. (Deuteronomy 27:10; 1 Samuel 12:15; 2 Kings 18:12)

Using LDS scripture (3 Nephi 15: 12-17)is not going to do it. Use your common sense and read the Bible! It has all the answers my friend.

    God Bless!

  • Great! The video is nicely put together, and the tune is well arranged and played. I like the style of music and presentation that you're using - visuals, some text explaining a theme, concept, or historical event, and the solo flute music in the backgorund. I'd like to hear the flute slightly more upfront if possible; Well done, Tim! Keep on making these videos. They are both soothing and educational. Peace ~ Bruce

  • VERY GOOD I LOVE IT!!!!!

  • Tim,

I love the term "plentiful people"! They did have it good once. Thankyou!
