What was "Sarge" carrying, it looked like an M1 Garand at first. But the magazine looked awfully big and I know they didn't have M14 rifles in ww2

@rambo98009 Not all participants are using period weapons. The Mp5 was shown in one scene. So, it could very well have been an M14. Though, there was the paratroop rifle in World War 2 that was an M1 design but, used magazines. It was a carbine in a short .30 something instead of being a full size rifle.

it depends if there close with a powerful gun and shoot you in the head it feels like someone threw a burning rock at you for a split second then the pain goes away if there far away it feels like you got hit by a pebble that was thromn from 20 feet some times you dont feel it

@rmr1197 yea it was put in service in like 1957, used heavily in vietnam as the main infantry rifle, then it got replace by the m16. it is still used not as much though.

Just a question to anyone who knows... i want a kar98k, but i dont want i gun that uses shells (for obvious reasons) or one that uses gas (because im 17 and short on cash)

anyway, i've heard that it's possible to convert a dboys kar98k to a magazine fed rifle as opposed to shell fed... is this true/possible ??
