It's a fantasy to think human's are not genetically primarily meat eaters. Nothing is more ridiculous than veggies made to looks like meat. When I eat veggies, I eat veggies. When I eat meat, I don't eat meat that looks like a carrot or a zucchini or any other vegetable.

To walk 25 miles youll have to prepare 3 meals and lodging for overnight sleep with heat to stay warm. All this time you are breathing out co2. With a half gallon of liquid gas you can travel 25 miles in well under 1 hour. You will use less food that can feed the poor and you produce less co2 by driving. So driving makes less co2, not walking

let me put it another way for you. car = big air resistance, big friction = lots of energy (and CO2 mind - lets presume both car and man run on glucose so we get the same emmission, cars would be more) person - small, low energy loss, much less friction due to weight difference and the fact they can lean into a wind to counteract some of its effects meaning much less energy loss.
To walk 30 miles means 3 meals and now we must include the fuel and energy to grow that food and transport it If meat is involved then even more resources will have been spent. 30 miles means a over night sleep and that means heating fuel used to keep you warm and then even more fuel to cook your breakfast. Total up all of the meals + lodging and food you eat to travel that 30 miles that can be done with about half a gallon of gas and in about 30 minutes of your time. There simply no comparison

Cows produce a lot of methane. Methane is a green house gas. These cause global warming. Therefore more cows=more methane= more global warming. And its not just a few cows. We eat TONS of meat and consume liters upon liters of milk. Thats a lot of cows and thats a lot of methane.

No Gore is not a distraction because your side made him your hero and it was the scientific community that awarded him the Noble prize. The problem is I had to go to a conservative blog by Lord Mockton to find out over 30+ serious errors in that movie. NASA , the CRU, nor the IPCC did not correct those errors. Gore's material comes from that science community that ALL SIGNED off on his movie and yet I can not find ANY of those institutions posting corrections to the gross errors, why is that?

So to force Science community to admit errors we take them to court? What happened to that supposed peer review? The new round of 30+ errors pointed out by Lord Monckton is not related to that court case. NASA, IPCC, CRU did not find or even correct these errors (same goes for warmest year in North America). Same goes with Himalayan ice melting not being due to co2. It is the source of corrections that is the issue here. Why accept something from a community so unwilling to correct errors?

They were probably wiped out by a meteor, and when this meteor impacted it threw so much debris and CO2 into the atmosphere the world basically choked for anywhere between 400 and 1000 years (conservative). If include the energy costs of cooking and used to create the food you eat, in fact you will produce more co2 by walking to your destination driving. To walk 25 miles youll have to prepare 3 meals and lodging for overnight sleep with heat to stay warm. All this time you are breathing out co2. With a half gallon of liquid gas you can travel 25 miles in well under 1 hour. You will use less food that can feed the poor and you produce less co2 by driving. So driving makes less co2, not walking

If you walk the 500 meters to the store with your car THAT's causing more CO2 than walking. I doubt you will need any extra meals or even lodging for that way, do you ;) ?

Yes you do if walk that 200 times. You gone 500m x 200 = 100,000m or 100 km. You still walked a 100 km over time. The numbers dont change in this formula. The only possible issue here is car war up time. At the end of the day driving produces less co2 then walking the same distance and math tells us this. Machines are FAR better at converting energy into motion. The point here is just telling everyone to walk is based on political correctness and not science and reason on your part.

let me put it another way for you. car = big air resistance, big friction = lots of energy (and CO2 mind - lets presume both car and man run on glucose so we get the same emmission, cars would be more) person - small, low energy loss, much less friction due to weight difference and the fact they can lean into a wind to counteract some of its effects meaning much less energy loss.

To walk 30 miles means 3 meals and now we must include the fuel and energy to grow that food and transport it If meat is involved then even more resources will have been spent. 30 miles means a over night sleep and that means heating fuel used to keep you warm and then even more fuel to cook your breakfast. Total up all of the meals + lodging and food you eat to travel that 30 miles that can be done with about half a gallon of gas and in about 30 minutes of your time. There simply no comparison

You have to be some kind of stupid to not know, or even bother to look up, how this stuff works. I am not a vegan or a vegeterian but I can't let this level of stupid just go by.
Cows produce a lot of methane. Methane is a green house gas. These cause global warming. Therefore more cows=more methane= more global warming. And its not just a few cows. We eat TONS of meat and consume liters upon liters of milk. Thats a lot of cows and thats a lot of methane.

No, it isn't just PETA. I think PETA is a piece of shit organization because of a lot of what they do and a lot of what they stand for (total animal liberation is just insane). However, cows DO cause methane to be released (fact) and they DO therefore at least contribute to global warming. Everything that lets out greenhouse gases contributes. I wouldn't trust PETA but I sure as hell would not trust Glen Beck either. Or me for that matter (random Youtuber). Look it up for yourself.
