The people who wrote this drum and bass groove arrangement both have master's degrees and one teaches music composition at a university, JeromeBaritone. They know the original chords. It takes skill to reharmonize chromatic melodies that were originally set to nondiatonic chords over this type of harmonic plateau. If you don't like it, then don't listen.

I'll be the first dislike.... And you know why? THEY BASTARDIZED THE CHORDS OF A CLASSIC JAZZ STANDARD. Like WTF? For God's sake, do people who write "drum and bass groove music" not know what chord progressions are, there are more than 4 chords in Angel Eyes, and its a beautiful song when its not harmonically "dumbed down."
