Saw this tour.....it was so awesome. I was working on the rail and I got a call - had to fake a Family Emergency and went to TO and saw that 87 show. No regrets, Bono was the MAN. Watching these clips from that time is very heartwarming....thanks to the poster.

what makes a good front man and band that become legends is the fact they believe in what they are singing, through real life experience. they are able to bring us with them as if we lived their journey, thats what makes u2 the legends they are becoming! I still don´t get it .... compare this to zoo-tv era ... whatever it was to make them change but it was a right decision ... u2 were too serious in late 80ties , however music was the best espacially bono´s voice :P
