  • Anchor Chains, Steam Whistle and Train Horns...three of the greatest sounds in the world, ever!! any1 any1 love the sounds of the birds also

  • No one cares about the zooming, it's still a good vid. Nice place it looks like. Like the backround of the trees.

  • This area has large foothills running through it

with a huge abundance of all kinds of trees. Most people think of Kansas as a flat, barren wilderness. This part of Kansas is quite pretty....Thanks!...Doc

  • #204 has an awesome horn

  • All the Genesis P-42's that Amtrak uses for road locomotives have the same horn. Nathan Airchime K5LA. Since all 5 horn bells face forward; these horns get a lot of damage in the way of weather, bird strikes, and debris. This naturally alters the pitch. Some, like #61, sound like a dying ostrich. But, they all start out sounding nice like this.

  • oh i know bro i am an expert on horns sometimes i can tell what Amtrak number it is before it comes just based on the sound

  • OK!....Thanks....Doc

  • Is this on that "Scenic River Rd"? Or N 2190 Rd in Douglas County?

  • The Scenic River Road, also known as NE 2nd. St. This site is about 10 or 11 mi. East of Tecumseh....THANKS!...Doc
