  • I wish you hadn't uploaded the damn music. At points I can't hear shit of what you are saying. It fucked up the whole video for me. Wasn't worth the effort watch. To bad for me. It really looked like you had a lot of good to say and teach.

  • Great now i am hungry!

  • Looks like you did a great job and the ribs look great. My ribs were taking about 6 hours using a smokenator which is a long time for ribs even while doing it low and slow. I called Don who makes the smokenator and he said that the dome temp is 30 % hotter than the grate temp so you ribs were actually cooking at 180 which accounts for the 6 hours - again the ribs look fantastic

  • @tenphasesgmail The Smokenator is great for a long low n slow! I always plan on at least 6 hours when using it! Gonna do a brisket this summer (finally). That might take 12 hours or so, but that's half the fun!

  • TEN THOUSAND VIEWS

    Well done !

  • EIGHT THOUSAND VIEWS - A winner !

  • SEVEN THOUSAND VIEWS and still rising !

  • awesome video! what grill thermometer is that?

  • Approaching another viewership milestone VERY SOON.

  • NOW THATZZZZ COOKIN'!!!!

  • Wow - Look at that odometer spin !

  • Zoomed past Lum !

  • Now closing in on 2,000

  • Soon to have one thousand views.

  • P.S. If you are using brickets...? do a little research brickets are full of chemicals. :( I'd say those are the most expensive Ribs ever made. Got to be worth more than anything any lawyer has ever done. So let's say $3000 an hr x6 = $18,000 divided by 4 racks that comes to $4500 a rack. YUM :)

  • ...Which is why we served these ribs with caviar! (Just joking).

$3,000 an hour for a lawyer these days?!!? YIKES!!!

  • @hernanx3 $4.5k is still so much less than the 2 cartons a day you smoke. :-)

  • Allright! Knowledge - here a little there a little. Thank you for steering me over here. :)

    RIP Don

  • Cool video. You are very dedicated to take so long to perfect the meat like this. 5 stars.

  • 6 hours to cook, about 30 to devour! Lovin' every minute of it! Thanks for all the stars!

  • Yum-Yum! I salute you!

  • Those must have tasted incredible.

FIVE STARS for those well lit night scenes - and for showing things I never saw before (like that rib rack)

  • Thanks Steve! I should have raised those lights a lot higher! Oh well, live and learn, right?

Thanks for the stars! we really appreciate it!

  • The illumination looked fine to me. What kind of lights did you use?

  • In lieu of a couple of floodlights, which were on sale at one of the big hardware stores last week, I just used my car's highbeams! (Only during recording, of course, don't want to kill my battery)!

"Any port in a storm", as they say.

  • Yankee ingenuity !

  • omg Ribs are my favorite .. .

First time you've ever made me gnaw on my arm while watching a video

  • heh heh, I've done that before, watching BBQ video on YT!
