the sword given to him was blunt.. im not sure what part of the drama it was since i watched it a couple of years ago, but im pretty sure that the person who gave him the sword (the really funny monk who was an ex-assassin) gave a blunt sword to him. if you search it online theres also a doc in which lee junki explains the ending LOL

If you guys dont know, Il ji mae and Return of il ji mae are totally different. Different setting, different characters, different storyline.

So dont expect Return of il ji mae to be like a season 2 for "il ji mae"

park hyo shin's voice is very touching. every one of his songs are amazing and really makes you feel touched. & i looovveeed this drama. very sad ending though. only if the ending was better... but still, a very nice drama. there were times when it was funny and times when it was very sad. i just hope lee jun ki would come back safe from the army and do new dramas that are very entertaining.
