I used your technique (as in measurements and stuff) but I used Paint instead of GIMP. I'm actually shocked that it turned out pretty well :)

@Baconburger14 yes you can make this with paint. What you have to do is go into the view section, select rulers, and follow the pixel size he tells you. just be careful with font size. I had to use size 24 font to get my background. check it out if you want to see what it is like with paint.

@TheIsaacole your suppost to convert it on the Gimp program itself, you dont just save it, it's kinda like fruty loops, you can't just save the song you make, you have to finish it, or like using Windows movie maker, save to comptuer first before posting a video, you should be able to find this opition int eh File section =]
