I disagree with richard on the moving vs food. Obesity is ALL about the food. You can be a sloth and eat correctly and burn all that fat off quickly. There is a reason why richard has never really been ripped, because I guarantee you his diet has grains, too much fruit, and processed food. He's energetic as hell but it doesn't matter when your diet is bad.
@joe6panther6 the antichrist is defined as anyone who questions scripture, or is an athiest. So billions are antichrists. I can't recall where the modern myth of the friendly trusting guy came about. lolz
elementary schools through high schools NEED Physical Ed. Sports are fun, healthy, and can be helpful in life! Its a shame so many kids today don't choose to go outside and be active and play sports!
'Is that your mother's shirt as well? Is that your mother's blouse?' haha.
I hated PE, but I agree schools need it. But for Gods sake, get competent PE teachers! When I was in elementary school, one of my gym teachers was this fat guy. Wtf?
The last time I had PE was Sophmore year in HS. There was no more PE when you were a Junior or Senior. Sucked, it was fun to do something different and get out of those stupid classrooms.
@sserpent21 a-fucking-men same here and our 'gym teacher' didn't pay attention and asked his favorite couple of 'jocks' how to grade the students so all the unpopular kids got called slackers and got shit grades and the obese kid got an A for effort even though the cocksucker took the whole fucking hour to run the standard 'lap' before we wasted time with touch football. dont get me started about when he frisked us for the 'swear machine'.
@rocksteady78 We just didn't. In fact I moved and went to a different High School my senior year and THAT school didn't have gym class for seniors either.
My school had PE, but it was a joke. It was once every 4 school days, and we spent 40 of the 80 minutes "changing", and there would be written quizzes and essays. It was a complete disgrace.
@66hourenergy We had great PE in high school, five days a week. Sometimes we'd go into the weight room and exercise, other days we would play pickle-ball, bad minton (sp?), volleyball, golf, tennis, swimming at the public pool, bowling at the bowling alley, dancing.

Richard has a huge heart. He's helped a lot of people. But I can't help but laugh at him on here.

See this big gymnasium full of kick-ass stuff? Well guess what, you're writing a quiz!
