PLEASE HELP :( I've followed these steps quite thoroughly and once I flashed the insecure kernel and it completed the device was supposed to reboot. It goes starts into the start-up screen with the 'Samsung Galaxy SII GT - 19100' written and the same triangle warning sign but it freezes there and does nothing. All i can do now is choose to go to download mode and shut down the phone. WHAT DO I DO!!??

@crossforced Hey there. Your problems may be because you haven't wiped your Cache Partition and Dalvik Cache in Recovery mode. Use the CWM app to boot into Recovery mode, then take these steps:

(Use the volume button to navigate up and down, the home button for OK, and the power button to go back)

Wipe Cache Partition

Then go to Advanced> Wipe Dalvik Cache.

Reboot your phone and you should be alright.

so i used the KDD kernel first. it loaded but when it rebooted my phone was stuck with the first screen with "Samsung Galaxy S II" and the yellow triangle thing below and doesn't move from there? reloaded my KF3 kernel and now it's back. i wasn't able to SuperOneClick after loading the KDD kernel...
